Tuition Requirements

• Tuition must be paid in full, in advance, to reserve your weekly appointment time.
• A valid credit card is required to remain on file for monthly tuition payments.
• Tuition is charged on the 1st of each month.
• There are no refunds for music lesson tuition.

Lesson Structure & Rates

• Lessons are private, 30‑minute appointments held once per week.
• Tuition is based on the number of lesson weeks in each calendar month.
• Current rate: $35 per lesson week
• 4 Mondays in a month → $140 
• 5 Mondays in a month → $175  
• We do not hold unpaid time slots.
• You are purchasing a specific day and time with your teacher, not a package of lessons.

Attendance & Makeups

• It is the student’s responsibility to attend their scheduled lesson time.
• If you cannot attend, you must give at least 24 hours’ notice.
• We will try to schedule one makeup lesson per month, but makeups are not guaranteed.
• Missed makeup lessons cannot be rescheduled.
• Makeups cannot be carried over to another month.
• A no‑call, no‑show is considered a missed lesson with no makeup.
• You are purchasing only the specific weekly time slot you have paid for.

Holidays & Prorating   We are closed on the following holidays, and tuition will be prorated for these days only: New Year’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

• Students who begin lessons mid‑month will also receive prorated tuition.

Agreement   By enrolling, you agree to reserve and employ a specific teacher for a specific weekly time slot. There are no refunds for lesson tuition.

All months must be paid in full. We pro-rate only if we are closed for a national holiday or if you are new and start mid month.  You are buying a specific time slot with a teacher.  The teachers  are here only because you have reserved their time.  It is up to the student to be here. Appointments  can not  be moved to another month or used for store credit. 

If you need to miss a lesson we must have 24 hours notice for an excused absence. We will try our best to get you a makeup lesson. There is no guarantee a makeup will be available. Music lessons  are convenient to Dallas, Acworth, Kennesaw and Cartersville Georgia.
